Do I need prior experience to do a makeup course?
No, prior experience is not required to do a makeup course. Our courses are designed to cater to beginners as well as those with some experience. Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to refine your skills, you’ll receive comprehensive training that builds a solid foundation in makeup artistry.
What are makeup artists' responsibilities?
Makeup artists are responsible for responding to and developing creative briefs to bring the client’s makeup vision to life on set at photoshoots, events, or performances. Their duties include, selecting appropriate products, creating different makeup looks, ensuring hygiene standards, and sometimes providing skincare advice. Makeup artists may also work with lighting, cameras, and costume designers in media or theatrical settings.
